Where does the Festival take place?
The Festival locations for each class are listed in the Timetable, and the relevant syllabus for each Section.
In summary:
- In 2025 all classes in the Music Festival will take place at the Free Church, Hampstead Garden Suburb, with the exception of Harps which will be at North Bank House, Muswell Hill.
- The 2024 Speech & Drama day was held at the Chickenshed Theatre, Southgate. Check back for 2025.

Finding our venues
Free Church, Hampstead Garden Suburb
Central Square, London, NW11 7AG
There is free parking at the church, and on nearby roads. The nearest tube station is Golders Green. There is a “hopper” bus H2 from the station that stops at the church.
The other nearest bus stops are in the Finchley Road by the turning off to Hoop Lane. Alternatively, if you are coming from Finchley or Muswell Hill, the 102 bus stops in Market Place and the church is a short walk up Northway.
North Bank House
North Bank Rooms, Muswell Hill Methodist Church, 28 Pages Lane, Muswell Hill, London N10 1PP.
You may stop in the church car park to unload harps, but please re-park elsewhere after you have done so.
Bus 234 stops in Pages Lane. Buses 43, 102, 134, 299 and 634 pass nearby on Colney Hatch Lane.
Chickenshed Theatre
Chase Side, Southgate. London, N14 4PE
Train. The theatre is located approximately 10 minutes walk from Cockfosters Underground Station and 12 minutes from Oakwood Underground Station. Both stations are on the Piccadilly line.
Bus routes 298, 299, 307, and N91 stop outside the theatre.
If you are travelling by car, there is limited free parking immediately outside the building. If you have mobility issues, you can book easy-access spaces in advance through the Box Office at 020 8292 9222. There is also additional free parking available on neighbouring streets.
If you are using Google Maps, please search for “CHICKENSHED” instead of using the postcode. The postcode will lead you to the back of our building, where parking is limited and primarily used by customers of Rainbow Soft Play.
